We work with professionals who receive equity compensation — things like stock options, RSUs, or ESPPs. Many of our clients are in tech or startups and want to make smart decisions with their company stock.
We offer comprehensive financial planning specifically tailored for tech professionals with equity compensation, covering areas such as equity analysis, tax considerations, retirement planning, and investment management. Our goal is to help you understand, organize, and optimize your financial life around your equity compensation.
Our tax planning strategies focus on helping you understand and manage the tax implications of your equity compensation, potentially minimizing unnecessary taxes. We aim to enhance your overall financial outcome by proactively coordinating equity decisions within your broader tax and financial picture.
Our financial planning approach is tailored specifically to the unique challenges faced by tech professionals managing complex equity compensation packages. In addition to equity and tax strategies, we integrate estate strategies, insurance planning, and investment planning into a comprehensive strategy aligned with your life goals and career trajectory.
It’s simple — just book a consultation. We’ll talk about your goals, go over your equity package, and see how we can help. No pressure, just a conversation.
Nope! The first meeting is free. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
Not at all. We work with clients all over the country through virtual meetings, so no matter where you live, we can connect.
We provide proactive tax strategies specifically focused on equity compensation and your broader financial strategy. Our role is to help you identify opportunities to manage your tax liability and coordinate effectively with your CPA or tax professional.
We build personalized investment strategies aligned with your specific financial goals, risk tolerance, and career stage. Our tailored approach often includes diversified portfolios, alternative investments, direct indexing, and derivative strategies designed to complement and optimize your equity compensation assets.
We typically schedule formal financial plan reviews quarterly, aligning closely with your company's trading windows and equity-related deadlines. This ensures timely decisions and adjustments to reflect changes in your financial situation, equity compensation, and personal goals.
